I didn’t write anything yesterday, why?  Well it’s simple, I fell asleep just after eight o’clock.  I’d had a busy day, did some yoga in the evening, with all intention to come home grab a bite to eat and blog; and I just fell asleep.

The insomniac has hit her limit!  I normally sleep for about four and a half hours a night, sometimes up to seven but rarely, yesterday it was almost ten! And now, do I feel better? No I feel groggy and yucky and annoyed as I was looking forward to talking to people last night, and I missed them.

I need to get out in the fresh air to shake this grey head and mood.  Well at least I have a play date to look forward to later, that should be fun…
